The object of this call for tenders is the supply of material and electrical equipment on behalf of the group of orders formed between the town of Lattes and the CCAS of Lattes.

The coordinator of the group is: town of Lattes. It acts as a contracting authority.

This is a framework agreement with single-beneficiary purchase orders, entered into by a contracting authority with no minimum or maximum of orders, without reopening the competition during the allocation of purchase orders, in application of article R. 2162 -2 paragraph 2 and R. 2162-13 to R. 2162-14 of the public order code.

The contracts are concluded for an initial period from their date of notification until 31.12.2021. They are renewable three times by tacit renewal for a period of one year.

Supply of electrical material and various equipment for the needs of the city and the CCAS de Lattes such as lugs - sheaths - connections and plugs - batteries - accumulators - devices etc.
