The subject of these tender specifications is the selection of one or two contractors capable of:

a) undertaking civil works, plant engineering and works that may concern sectors such as carpentry, painting, etc. for specific interventions with the use of eco-friendly practices and materials; and

b) undertaking the rehabilitation works for the ‘Board Room’ of the EFSA headquarters building, following the specifications of the executive project attached to this document.

Type of contract: multiple framework contract in cascade.

Initial duration 12 months + automatic renewal up to 3 times for a maximum overall duration of four consecutive years.
