The municipality of Korb is planning a four-group house for children in the southern edge of Langenäcker. It will accommodate 2 Ü3 groups and 2 U3 groups.

In coordination with the facility management and the community, a space program was developed, resulting in a usable area of approx. 570 sqm. The room program is included as an attachment. If necessary, the kindergarten should be extended by another floor with apartments.

In addition, there are currently still considerations to build the new kindergarten building in modular construction. In this case, there would be a reduced performance profile for the architectural services, which will be agreed at a later date by mutual agreement.

Planning should begin immediately after the procedure or commissioning has been completed.

Construction is scheduled to begin in 2022.

For the cost groups 200-600, gross costs of EUR 3.0 million are currently assumed.

Building planning according to § 33 HOAI 2013 service phases 1-9 + special services.

It is intended to commission the service phases in stages. The client is free in his decision about a further assignment; there is no entitlement to the transfer of further services.

If the kindergarten is set up in modular construction, the work phases are reduced accordingly.

The scope of services includes all planning tasks and all necessary ancillary services that are or are necessary for the proper and complete execution of the planning.
