PNRR-M2 C2 Investment 4.2 "Development of rapid mass transport" – WORKS MANAGEMENT SERVICE INCLUDING SAFETY COORDINATION DURING EXECUTION AND THE PROFESSIONAL IN CHARGE EX DPR 753/1980 OF THE FIRST TRAMWAY LINE OF BOLOGNA (RED LINE)

The service covered by the tender consists in the assignment of the "Works Management Service including the coordination of safety during the execution phase and the Professional "Supervisor" pursuant to Presidential Decree 753/1980 and MIMS Circular no. 201/1983 relating to the construction of the first tramway line of Bologna (Red Line)", of the basic amount of the tender equal to € 10,697,891.36, net of social security and tax charges, and with the provision of an option pursuant to art. 63, paragraph 5, of the Code (any further assignment to the same subject, in the following three years from the signing of the contract, the following similar service: "Works Management, Safety Coordination during the Execution phase and the Professional in Charge pursuant to Presidential Decree 753/1980 and Circular no. 201/1983 of the Mims" of the works for the construction of the Second Tramway Line of Bologna - NORTHERN SECTION GREEN LINE - Director Corticella-Castel Maggiore, for a total estimated amount not exceeding € 4,204,369.26 net of VAT and / or other taxes and legal contributions, under the conditions set out in the service project based on the tender.

It is requested that the Works Management Office must be composed of the following minimum number of 11 (eleven) distinct professional figures, such as to allow the constant supervision of all open macro-construction sites and precisely:

● n. 1 Works Manager;

● n. 6 Operational Directors;

● n. 4 Site inspectors;

Among the Chief Operating Officers, the following must be specifically provided:

- the safety coordinator at the execution stage,

- an Operations Manager of technological and system systems with functions of

Professional in charge, pursuant to Article 5 of Presidential Decree 753/80 and Circular no. 201/83

of the Ministry of Transport - Directorate General of Civil Motorization and

Transport under concession;
