Design of the respective sliding gates one after the other
In the course of the measure, the client has a building inspection carried out on the respective object.
The sliding gate consists of a riveted truss construction with double-sided dam wall and has a total height of 20.6 m 6 horizontal bars, which start from below with the designation "A" - "F". Between the bars "C" and "D" there is a floating box of 8.30 m width over the entire length of the gate of 47.3 m, while the largest width of the gates, including the guide and sealing strips, is 9.42 m.
The weight of a sliding gate (heavy design) (for sliding gate II + V) is (approx. 1,307 t steel construction, approx. 67 t mechanical equipment, approx. 90 t guide and sealing timber, runners and covers) in total 1,464 t. Total paint area: 16,700 m²
The weight of a sliding gate (light design) (for sliding gate III + VI) is (approx. 1,170 t steel construction, approx. 67 t mechanical equipment, approx. 90 t guide and sealing timbers, runners and covers) in total 1,327 t. Paint area 15,800 m²
Services: In the course of the repair, 100% of the door construction must be processed. This means that the respective sliding gate is repaired from the bolts "A" to "F".
In detail per sliding gate:
Provision of a repair site with appropriate transport to carry out the work in the trough (in dry dock, floating dock, on land, on pontoon)
Scaffolding work: approx. 3000 m² on the outer surfaces, approx. 6,800 m³ scaffolding inside the door including necessary environmental protection measures
Steel construction work: Determination of the existing sheet thicknesses, approx. 5 t riveted / welded steel construction renewed, various additional work on railings, platforms, auxiliary equipment, bollards
Piping work: approx. 70 m of pipes of the flushing system removed and renewed, flushing nozzles renewed
Wood and PE work: approx. 30 m³ of sledding, sealing and guide timber, replacement of PE strips
Electrical installation work: dismantling, renewal and installation of the electrical installation for lighting and energy supply of the gate, the starting control and integration of an electr. Slide control for the flushing system
Corrosion protection work: cleaning of steel surfaces including pipelines from bolt "A" to bolt "F" of vegetation, preparation (varying degrees of purity) of selected partial surfaces and components, base and top coating work
Use of equipment: Provision of a crane for all lifting operations
