Maximum unbundling of processes and optimal land use in the clinic Beau-Site.

It should enable growth in the areas of emergency medicine and cardiac medicine. Efficiency increases are to be expected due to the projectile arrangement of the recovery room and the Intermediate Care Unit on the first floor of the operating room.

Construction goals

The following departments should be adapted:

Ground floor: emergency, endoscopic and cardiological day clinic, endoscopy.

1st basement: recovery room with 6 beds, intermediate care unit with 4 beds

2. Basement: Heart center with 2 cath labs with adjoining rooms

3rd basement: physiotherapy

The rooms should comply with the current legal regulations and standards:

Fire protection, statics, seismic safety, contaminated sites, etc.

It should make the necessary adjustments to the existing technical equipment and the rooms should meet the needs of users.
