Driving services for the general emergency medical service of the Nordrhein Association of Health Insurance Physicians in the area of the district office Essen
KV Nordrhein has commissioned GMG Gesundheitsmanagengesellschaft mbH, its wholly-owned subsidiary, to organise and carry out the general emergency medical service.
Through this open procedure, GMG intends to provide the driving services described in detail in the award documents in order to support doctors in conducting home visits as part of the emergency service. The car service is operated as part of the guarantee on the basis of § 75 (1) SGB V in conjunction with the Common Emergency Service Regulations (NDO) of the North Rhine Association of Health Insurance Physicians (KVNO) and the North Rhine Medical Association (AEKNO).
The subject of the order is the provision of vehicles with drivers for the transportation of doctors in the general medical emergency service.
The contract area is the Essen-North (E 1) and Essen-South dispatchment district (E 2), which is organizationally awarded as one contract in the tender presented here.
The execution of the service is to be guaranteed according to the service periods defined in detail in the procurement documents. During these working hours, the availability and availability of employees and vehicles must be guaranteed by the contractor:
a) Saturday, Sunday, public holidays, as well as December 24, December 31, Rose Monday and Shooting Festival Monday, 1 vehicle with driver must be used in the driving districts E 1 and E 2 from 07:00 to 07:00 the following day.
b) On Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, 1 vehicle with driver must be deployed in the E 1 and E 2 dispatches from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. the following day.
c) On Wednesdays and Fridays, 1 vehicle with driver must be used in each driving area E 1 and E 2 from 13:00 to 07:00 the following day.
