Kreisaltenheime Traunstein GmbH & Co. KG is planning to replace a new retirement home with 90 beds, plus a storage area, meeting center and cafeteria, day care sites and scattered short-term and disability care in the municipality of Palling an der Seestraße. This new building is intended to replace the existing elderly care home in Palling. The nursing home as well as the new development area will be opened up via a new development road. The parking area including outdoor space is adjacent to the nursing home on the development road. The new nursing home is located in the southern part of the property. In addition to the building, extensive gardening and landscape work is also part of the construction project.
