The subject of the contract is the execution by the Contractor of the factory delivery of a new machine for the handling of waste with electric drive to the plant/plant in Dylowie, gm. Spajęczno.

1. The subject of the contract is the performance by the Contractor of the factory delivery of a new machine for the handling of waste with electric drive to the plant/plant in Dylowie, gm. Spajęczno.

2. The scope of work must be carried out on the basis of the contract and its annexes, i.e.:

(a) the Contractor's offer — Annex 2 to the contract.

(b) Description of the object of the contract — Annex 1 to the contract.

3. The scope of the contract referred to in point 1 shall include:

(a) the Contractor's delivery, unloading and factory-connection of a new electric-powered waste handling machine, based on the documents listed in point 3;

(b) the performance by the Contractor of the commissioning and commissioning of a new electric-powered waste handling machine, based on the documents listed in point 3;

(c) the Contractor's training of the Ordering Crew on the subject of the procurement performed at the facility/installation in Dylow, gm. Spajęczno, based on the documents listed in point 3;

(d) the Contractor's supply of post-built documentation from the performed object of the contract, based on the documents listed in point 3;

(e) the Contractor's performance of other obligations necessary for the proper performance of the subject of the contract, based on the documents listed in point 3.
