South-Eastern Norway Regional Health Authority (HSØ), at Dept. (sic) Hospital Partner (Sykehuspartner) will enter into a regional framework agreement for the purchase of Citrix software on XenApp and Xen Desktop, as well as a regional maintenance contract to cover the overall maintenance requirements for Citrix licenses in the region. HSO currently has several agreements on maintenance of these licenses, and aims to consolidate the purchase and maintenance agreement with a single party across health authorities.

The main objectives behind this procurement are:

— Support and maintenance of existing license portfolio,

— Supplemental purchases of new licenses.

The agreement should also have an option for:

— Physical assistance in error situations,

— Courses and training,

— Purchase of extended level of service,

— Upgrading.
