1. The subject of the contract is the collection of municipal waste generated by owners of uninhabited real estate from the area of the Radków Commune and its transport to municipal installations in Ścinawka Dolna No. 86.

1) The Contracting Authority provides that during the term of the contract no more than 163 Mg of municipal waste will be collected from the area of the Radków Commune, including:

a) mixed municipal waste – 98,00 Mg

b) other non-biodegradable waste - 65,00Mg

2. Detailed description and manner of execution of the order shall include a description of the subject matter of the order (OPZ), which is Annex 3 to the SWZ
