The subject of the order “Dissemination of the use of renewable energy sources in the territory of the city of Chełmża — construction of RES installations on residential buildings: stage II” is a comprehensive implementation of the task, including in particular the design, installation, commissioning, measurement final, the development of post-built documentation and the notification to the DSO 83 solar installations working on a prosument basis in accordance with the Renewable Energy Sources Act. According to the attached functional-utility program, the order includes the execution of 83 photovoltaic microinstallations with a total capacity of 375,55 kWp located on residential, commercial buildings and garages of freestanding residents of the city of Chełmża. Due to the significant degree of shading of the designed systems, 9 microinstallations (114 photovoltaic modules) will be equipped with power optimizers.
Each of the facilities on which the microinstallation will be performed has a separate power connection, a comprehensive contract, and the contractual power with Energa Operator SA is greater than the power of the designed microinstallation. The designed capacity of each photovoltaic plant was selected based on the current average annual electricity consumption. The power of a single installation is not more than 50 kW, therefore it meets the criteria for microinstallation in accordance with the Act of 20 February 2015 on Renewable Energy Sources as amended.
Each photovoltaic plant will be built with, among others, the following components: photovoltaic modules, inverter (single or three-phase), support structure, AC and DC side wiring, AC and DC security, PV system work monitoring system. The requirements of the contracting authority for individual components are specified in the PFU.
The Contracting Authority stipulates that in the absence of the possibility (inter alia due to the withdrawal of consent by the owner of the building) of the installation in the location indicated in the annexes, the Contracting Authority will indicate a different location of the assembly in the city, assuming that another location will apply to the same the number of photovoltaic panels and the type of optimization as the location, as to which the impossibility of mounting a particular type of installation was found.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract, a description of the requirements of the contracting authority for implementation shall specify:
— Annex 8 to SWZ: draft agreement/relevant provisions of the contract,
— Annex 7 to SWZ: description of the subject of the order,
— Annex 9 to SWZ: Design Documentation — Functional-Utility Programme (including Update — Supplement).
