The Wastewater Association Kempten (Allgäu) intends to build a new administration building and partially demolish the existing premises to build a warehouse and workshop building.

The contract includes the planning services for the construction of a new administration building, the construction of a temporary workshop (future reuse as storeroom), the demolition of the existing company building and the construction of a new workshop and storage building.

The client intends to award the following services:

- engineering services for construction according to HOAI (LPh 5-9) and technical equipment,

- structural design (Lph 4-6),

- local construction supervision.
