The subject of the tender is the intended rental, installation and maintenance including the delivery of consumables (except paper) partly different digital printing and copying solutions for the administration of the city of Rheinbach in different buildings of the administration and the schools and day-care centers owned by them.

All devices and the management software in the specification of services are to be offered as new devices from one and the same manufacturer for multifunctional systems, production systems and management software. The multifunctional systems to be offered should not have been launched on the market before the 1st quarter of 2020.

For the printer and copier, the contractor has to provide a full service for the entire term of the contract, which includes all repairs, maintenance, all spare parts and consumables - with the exception of paper. Only original parts from the manufacturer may be used for spare parts and consumables. The systems are equipped with automatic toner ordering, meter reading and service code transmission, which is sent to the provider in encrypted form.
