South and this, as and when the needs of HYDRIA. The defoamer must be capable of removing and/or

to avoid the formation of foaming on the structures.

The purpose of the framework agreement is to appoint two tenderers who have submitted the tender economically

the most advantageous on the basis of award criteria specific to the framework agreement (see Title I. Part I.

"Award criteria applied to the framework agreement").

In each subsequent contract, these two economic operators will be put back in competition

on the basis of award criteria specific to subsequent contracts (see 'Award criteria'

applied to subsequent contracts")
