The subject of the contract includes, in particular, the supply of Hardware and Software, development of the Technical Design, assembly of the Equipment, installation and configuration of the Hardware and Software, testing, development of as-built documentation and maintenance procedures,

provision of Post-Warranty Service, conducting trainings and workshops, providing expert support, providing the ORDERING PARTY with a warranty and guarantee, providing Development Services, supplying Hardware and Software, providing expert support services and providing workshops and/or training under the Option Right, transfer of proprietary copyrights to the ORDERING PARTY or granting a license.

The detailed scope of the subject of the contract is specified in the Contract Project and the Description of the subject of the contract.

The subject of this contract includes in particular:

1) delivery of Hardware and Software to the place indicated by the ORDERING Party in accordance with the requirements set out in the OPZ, including the requirements set out in Chapter 5.1.2 of the OPZ,

2) development of the ITS Technical Project for production environments within the scope set out in the OPZ,

3) assembly of the Equipment, installation and configuration of the Hardware and Software in accordance with the Technical Project,

4) conducting tests according to Test Scenarios accepted by the ORDERING PARTY,

5) development of as-built documentation and maintenance procedures,

6) provision of Post-Warranty Service for the Devices constituting the backup system owned by the ORDERING PARTY, on the terms described in § 7 of the Agreement,

7) provide training and conduct workshops,

8) provide expert support on the terms set out in § 2 section 3 of the Agreement,

9) granting the CUSTOMER a warranty and guarantee, on the terms set out in § 6 and § 7 of the Agreement and performing all services resulting from the guarantee granted,

10) provision of Development Services, delivery of Hardware and Software, provision of expert support services and provision of workshops and/or training on the terms set out in § 2 section 4 of the Agreement under the Option Right.

11) transfer of copyrights to the ORDERING PARTY or grant a license, in accordance with § 10 of the Agreement.
