The subject of the Order is:

1) providing a service consisting in reliable and professional control of tickets and documents entitling to discounted or free travel in public transport vehicles, operating in the City of Gorzów Wielkopolski and neighboring municipalities that have concluded an appropriate agreement with the City;

2) conducting debt collection and enforcement of receivables due to additional fees imposed by the Contractor for transport services, handling fees and other fees for the use of public transport;

3) maintaining at least one Customer Service Office, enabling appeals against imposed additional fees, complaints and making payments for issued requests for payment.

The Ordering Party reserves the right to inspect tickets in public transport vehicles also by other units.

The detailed scope of the subject of the contract is determined by the following documents:

2) Model public procurement contract.
