The contest is for contractor services connected to equipment/machines, and equipment/machines with crews to cover Renovasjonsselskapet GLØR IKS' need for excavating, removing matter, levelling, rolling/compressing, blasting, and sweeping/cleaning with machines.

The contract value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold value. The need is uncertain. Historically, the contracting authority has procured services for approx. NOK 200,000 to NOK 1,000,000 excluding VAT per annum in the last 5 years. The volume can be both higher and lower, and will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors.

Anticipated annual volume for group 1: NOK 200,000 to NOK 800,000 excluding VAT. The estimate is non-binding for the contracting authority. Maximum value, including any options and anticipated price increase: NOK 4,000,000 excluding VAT.

Anticipated annual volume for group 2: NOK 50,000 to NOK 200,000 excluding VAT. The estimate is non-binding for the contracting authority. Maximum value, including any options and anticipated price increase: NOK 1,000,000 excluding VAT.

Lots/groups

Tenders can be submitted for one or several groups. Sub-tenders cannot be submitted within individual groups, nor alternative tenders.

Group division: Group 1: Hire of machines with crews for assignments such as excavating sites, ditches, drainage, etc. Group 2: Hire of machines and equipment without crews. Typically mini-excavators, dozers, rollers.

Framework agreement

The assignment will be regulated by the attached framework agreement with the accompanying standard agreement terms.

The contracting authority will sign a contract with 1 tenderer in each group.

The contracting authority expects that the tenderer studies the contractual terms and makes the required internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
