The subject of the order is the delivery of one used two-component diesel multiple unit.

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of one used two-component diesel multiple unit, hereinafter referred to as the "Vehicle". The vehicle must, inter alia:

1) be adapted for carrying out regional transport work on various categories of railway lines with platform height of 300-760 mm;

2) have an indefinite document issued by the President of the Office of Rail Transport authorizing him to operate on the railway infrastructure in Poland, in particular on the railway infrastructure managed by PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowa SA;

3) be technically sound and have, at the time of submission to the Employer, a valid technical performance certificate, and - according to the maintenance documentation held - may not require the performance of P4 level maintenance activities for a period of at least 4 years from the date on which the offer submission deadline expires;

4) be registered in the National Rail Vehicle Register (NVR) and have the European Rail Vehicle Number (EVN) assigned;

5) have a passenger information system, air conditioning for the driver's cabin and passenger part, vehicle interior monitoring, cruise control.
