Os kommune shall build a four floor, approx. 3 700 m2 combination building, where there is currently a building containing a gym hall/swimming pool. The new building shall be established in connection with Os lower secondary school and the project shall be implemented until the school is in operation. The new building will primarily contain the following: parking, class rooms, group rooms for school and cultural school with associated functions, multi-purpose hall with stage and associated functions.

As part of the contract, the existing building containing the gym hall and swimming pool with associated changing rooms must be demolished, as it is located on the site where the new building shall be erected.

Outdoor works shall also be carried out. Areas of the school grounds and around the new building must also be prepared as part of the assignment.
