The acquisition concerns the management of Kerimäki school transport (regular school to home and curriculum transport). The contract will begin on 11 August 2022 and expire on 3 June 2023. It is possible to extend the contract with an option in the 2023-2024 academic year and 2024-2025. It is a subscriber option. The subscriber decides individually whether to take advantage of the option periods included in the acquisition. The subscriber has the right to choose not to exercise his stock option.
