lot 1 relates to civil engineering and optical fiber works including in particular: - the realization of various services allowing the optimization and realization of telecommunications facilities (soil study, switching, harvesting of existing infrastructures, picketing, optical engineering, Blo...) as well as the entry of these on a tool for managing network capitalising all the assets thus created by local authorities. - Carrying out infrastructure construction works and civil engineering pathways (trenches, directional drillings, aerial pathways, etc.) - the realization of electronic communications installations (optical fiber cables, splice protection boxes...), - the realization of construction work of technical rooms (cabinets) intended to receive electronic communications installations such as Optical Connection Nodes (Nro) in ZAE for example, - the realization of on-call services as well as 24/7 maintenance with Gti/Gtr of all infrastructures (GC, fibers, energy...). - The realization of associated services. lot 2 relates to services for the provision of telecom management software including in particular: the supply and maintenance of network management software (civil engineering, optics, premises, high points, etc.) and the provision of associated services (recovery of existing data, training, etc.) making it possible to capitalize all the assets thus created by local authorities. The services are subject to a framework agreement giving rise to the issuance of purchase orders, made pursuant to articles L2125-1-1°, R2162-1 to R2162-6, R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Public Order Code with an economic operator, without minimum amount and with a maximum amount of 80,000.00 euros HT per period
