1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services entitled: "Green management of urban areas under the Green Budget of the City of Katowice - Part 3"
2. The subject of the contract will be implemented in four locations.
3. The subject of the order includes:
1) Task No. 1 – the basic subject of the contract – green management of urban areas assumes the revitalization of greenery in individual locations in accordance with the attached design documentation and bill of quantities,
2) Task No. 2 - services covered by the right of option - care of planted trees and shrubs, perennials and creepers and the lawn made.

2.The subject of the contract will be implemented in four locations.
3. The subject of the order includes:
1) Task No. 1 – the basic subject of the contract – green management of urban areas assumes the revitalization of greenery in individual locations in accordance with the attached design documentation and bill of quantities m.in.:
(a) Cleaning and preparation of the area for planting
(b) the planting of trees and shrubs.
Remark! When estimating Task No. 1, the item of the bill of quantities should be omitted each time: care.
2) Task No. 2 - services covered by the right of option - care of planted trees and shrubs, perennials and creepers and the lawn made.
Remark! When estimating Task No. 2, care should be estimated over a period of 4 months.
4. Plot: - area under shrubs, mulch from the bark of conifers - 15 m².
5. Detailed descriptions of the subject of the contract for Task No. 1 and the requirements related to its implementation are specified in the Annexes to the SWZ respectively for a given location:

containing projects, including: 1) Bill of quantities of works, 2) Technical description, 3) Technical drawings: PZT and PW, 4) Technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works.
