Innovation Norway wishes to enter into three separate framework agreements for recruitment services for the following lots:

Lot 1: Recruitment services for managerial positions

Lot 2: Recruitment services for IT positions

Lot 3: Recruitment services for general positions

Lot 1 applies to permanent positions and temporary positions Lots 2 and 3 apply only to permanent positions.

The contracting authority wants to enter into a separate framework agreement with one provider for each lot. Tenders can be submitted for one or several lots. The same tenderer can be awarded a framework agreement for several lots.

The following services are requested for all lots: 

- Search for candidates

- Interviews

- Conducting personality and aptitude tests

- Read-back of personality and aptitude tests

- Reference checks

The provider is expected to carry out the entire recruitment process, but also only selected parts. The specific need will be specified in call-offs under the framework agreement.
