The described construction project involves conversion work on and in the building of Stadtwerke Karlsruhe on Daxlander Street 74 in Karlsruhe.

Basement: Underground car park and technical rooms Base floor: office and general areas Ground floor: office and general space 1st floor: office and general space 2nd floor: office and general space The renovation work takes place in the predominantly unused property.

In general, special care and consideration with the building stock is required.

The work is carried out in sections by floors and within the floors according to usage units. Interruptions by trade union are given and to be taken into account.

There are limited storage and parking facilities on the site site. Careful capacity planning and material scheduling is required.

Renovation of buildings 19 (2 floors) and 20 (4 floors) with office space of approximately 8,500 m 2.

The office, seminar and training rooms will be equipped with a new supply and exhaust air system. Some of the existing plants are being rehabilitated.

Renewal of ventilation systems consisting of: three ventilation units with a total of 38,000 m³/h, approx. 90 fire dampers, approx. 40 variable volume flow controllers, approx. 3,500 m 2 ventilation ducts and 1,500 m winding fold pipe.
