The project involves the construction of new premises at the Salo police station of the Western Finland Police Department at Tehdaskatu 30 in Salo.

With this procurement, Senate Properties invites applications to participate in the (main) and construction contracts of the project.

The project involves the construction of new premises at the Salo police station of the Western Finland Police Department at Tehdaskatu 30 in Salo.

The project covers an area of approximately 3,000 m2.

The contract form of the project is a shared contract in which the contractor of the civil engineering works acts as the main contractor and main contractor. Electrical, ventilation, plumbing, automation, sprinkler and safety contracts are subordinated to the main contractor. User acquisitions are specified at the actual tendering stage.

The contractor of civil engineering works acts as the main contractor and the main contractor referred to in legislation. Secondary contracts are carried out as secondary contracts subordinate to the main contractor in accordance with the subordination agreement RT 80271.
