The Assignment consists of two lots:

- lot 1: equipment, technical management and maintenance of car parks,

- lot 2: deployment of parking stewards on car parks located off public roads.

Within this lot, the Contractor is responsible for the following components:

- purchase and installation of technical equipment for the operation and management of car parks (parking equipment, access control, surveillance cameras, intercom system, ...),

- management and maintenance of technical equipment for the operation of car parks,

- general maintenance of car parks (cleaning, snow and ice removal),

- operating a reporting and control room.

Within this Plot, the Contractor is able to deploy parking stewards on car parks located outside the public road, at the request of the Client. The parking stewards mainly have the task of supervising or guiding the parking of car parks located outside the public road. This may be the case, for example, at events.
