The subject of the order is the delivery of a stationary angiograph intended for endovascular procedures within the intracerebral arteries. The delivery includes installation and commissioning, as well as training of the Employer's personnel in the field of operating a stationary angiograph intended for endovascular procedures within the intracerebral arteries. The first training will take place during installation and / or commissioning (5 days), and the additional training will take place on a date agreed with the user (5 days). The training will end with a certificate. The delivery also includes training of the Employer's technical staff in the field of technical maintenance (diagnostic activities, periodic maintenance and removal of simple technical faults). The trainings will take place at the client's premises.

The subject of the contract also includes the performance and delivery to the Employer of the results of acceptance (acceptance) tests and specialist tests - before the first use of the apparatus, as well as conducting specialized x-ray tests once a year throughout the warranty period and operational tests after each major repair.

As part of the subject of the contract, the Contractor for the indicated installation location of the apparatus will develop a design of fixed guards (radiological protection project) and obtain approval by the State Provincial Sanitary Inspector (PWIS) in Lublin, and then, based on the power of attorney granted by the Employer, obtain PWIS permit for commissioning and use stationary angiograph intended for endovascular procedures within the arteries.
