The Framework Agreement covers the provision of consultancy services within craft businesses located in the PACA region within the framework of 3 operations set up by CMAR Paca.

The Framework Agreement is composed of 3 lots.

The framework agreement is concluded according to the formalised procedure. This is an open tender.

The services give rise to a multi-contractor framework agreement which is executed by purchase orders, with no minimum and with a maximum in financial value per lot (Article 1-3 of the CCAP).

The cmar paca will need 2 (minimum) to 10 consulting firms (maximum) depending on the lots (article 1-3 of the CCAP), subject to a sufficient number of candidates, depending on the need and the quality of the applications.

The framework agreement is concluded for a period of 1 year from its notification. It can be renewed 3 times for a period of one (1) year.

The estimated start date for the performance of the services is set for February 2024

Lot 1 concerns the "Development Coach" operation. The benefits are defined in the CCTP.

This lot is multi-awarded (maximum 8 consulting firms subject to a sufficient number of candidates, depending on the need and quality of the applications) and is executed by purchase orders, with no minimum and with a maximum financial value of 384,300 euros (including VAT) for the initial duration of the framework agreement. In the event of renewal, the maximum amount will be €325,500 (including VAT) per renewal period.

The maximum number of craft businesses likely to benefit from the consulting service in the PACA region is 70, for each period of this framework agreement.

The minimum and maximum number of enterprises supported per consulting firm is set at a minimum of 3 craft enterprises per consulting firm and a maximum of 20 craft enterprises, for each period of this framework agreement

Lot 2 concerns the operation "COMMERCIAL Coach - development of local markets". The benefits are defined in the CCTP.

This lot is multi-awarded (maximum 10 consultancies subject to a sufficient number of candidates, depending on the need and quality of the applications) and is executed by purchase orders, with no minimum and with a maximum financial value of €192,150 (including VAT) for the initial duration of the framework agreement. In the event of renewal, the maximum amount will be €260,400 (including VAT) per renewal period.

The maximum number of craft businesses likely to benefit from the consultancy service in the PACA region is 60 for the initial period of the framework agreement (i.e. 1 year) and 80 for each renewal period.

The minimum and maximum number of companies supported per consulting firm is set at a minimum of 3 craft businesses per consulting firm and a maximum of 20 craft businesses, for each period of the framework agreement

Lot 3 concerns the "COMMERCIAL Coach - International Market Development" operation. The benefits are defined in the CCTP.

This lot is multi-awarded (maximum 3 consultancies subject to a sufficient number of candidates, depending on the need and quality of the applications) and is executed by purchase orders, with no minimum and with a maximum financial value of €25,620 (including VAT) for the initial duration of the framework agreement. In the event of renewal, the maximum amount will be €32,550 (including VAT) per renewal period.

The maximum number of craft businesses likely to benefit from the consultancy service in the PACA region is 10, for each period of this framework agreement.

The minimum and maximum number of companies supported per consulting firm is set at a minimum of 1 craft business per consulting firm and a maximum of 9 craft businesses, for each period of this framework agreement
