The new school building is approx. 3 625 m2 gross divided between the basement, 1st floor and 2nd floor with a technical room on the roof. In addition there will be some renovation of the Pavilion - an existing module building from 1999 - total approx. 760 m2 gross. In addition there will be the construction of a corridor between the Pavilion and the new school of approx. 50 m2.

The demolition of the current primary and secondary school is described in a separate contract. Demolition of “the old school“ (the current primary school) will be carried out before the construction start for the new building.
