The housing company Viborg offers a common framework agreement for total counseling and building management consultancy.

The purpose is to enter into an agreement with 5 teams, each of which can handle total adviser assignments and builder adviser assignments, the latter of which will primarily be used in connection with total contract offerings.

The advisory teams that were later selected for the framework agreement must thus include competences in architectural landscape architect and engineering disciplines as well as client consultancy. To the extent that the client consultancy tasks require the association of professional advisers, these professional advisors must thus be found in the advisory team.

Assignments under the framework agreement will be made on the basis of mini tenders.

The housing company Viborg has built between 20-50 new homes a year for the past 5 years annually. In 2018, the quota of approx. 75 new homes. It is expected that this level will decline after 2020, with expectations of approx. 20-30 homes a year.

After 2020, the Housing Company's ambition is to begin renovation tasks (overall plans) at our older departments, Digterparken department 5, Digterparken department 7 and Digterparken department 9. The departments have a total of 383 housing units and are 28 906 m2.

The renovation tasks will have to be carried out departmentally, and include renovation of the climate screen as well as conversion of 20-30% of the housing into accessible housing. These are prequalified by the Rural Fund for the years 2020-2021. However, due to political and budgetary reasons, reservations are made for the commencement years.
