The tender is a joint tender for 4 municipal and joint municipal companies:

Circuit A/S (formerly Affaldvarme Aarhus)
RenoDjurs I/S
RenoSyd I/S
The 4 companies are located in the Central Denmark Region and are responsible for waste management in the municipalities of Favrskov, Aarhus, Norddjurs, Syddjurs, Odder and Skanderborg Municipalities with a total population as of September 2022 of approx. 579,000 divided into approx. 155,000 garden homes (detached houses, townhouses, etc.) and approx. 128,000 apartment buildings (incl. student housing).
The tender includes the supply of cabinets to be used for the collection and storage of hazardous waste from households in communal buildings and cabinets for the collection of hazardous waste such as electronic waste etc. in shops and shopping centres.
The tender is divided into 3 part agreements.
A contract is concluded with 1 Tenderer for each lot. However, an individual contract shall be concluded between the successful tenderer and each of the participating companies in the tender.
