GreenSquare Group Limited is seeking a Service Provider for their void clearance and cleaning service. GreenSquare currently experience approximately 200 — 300 empty homes per annum. The rapid turnaround of these properties is essential. The role of the Service Provider will be to ensure that clearing and cleaning of properties both internally and externally is completed as quickly as possible and to a high standard. Ad hoc clearance and cleaning of tenanted properties will also be required as part of this specification as will be infrequent emergency/out of hours clean ups. The Service Provider will also be expected to attend ad hoc clearances on estates following fly tipping and graffiti removal.
GreenSquare Group Limited is a Registered Provider of Social Housing serving approximately 12 000 properties. The required Void property Clearance and Cleaning are/is to include, but not limited to:
(a) Initial property cleans;
(b) Final property cleans — including bin emptying;
(c) Furnished property cleans — including domestic appliance and carpet cleaning;
(d) Garden cleans to property;
(e) Tree and hedge cutting/pruning;
(f) Removal and disposal of domestic appliances small or large;
(g) Graffiti removal;
(h) Window cleaning;
(i) Roof space clear outs;
(j) Sharps — needle sweeps and removals;
(k) Exceptional Debris clean — up to 2 hours additional works;
(l) Removal and disposal of tyres.
