The subject of the contract is the purchase and successive delivery of diesel fuel for the needs of Inneko sp. z o.o. in Gorzów Wielkopolski to the following areas:

a. a waste disposal plant, i.e. the Municipal Waste Treatment Installation at 180 Małyszyńska Street, 66-400 Gorzów Wielkopolski;

b. Zawarcie Golf Course, Śląska 52, 66-400 Gorzów Wielkopolski.

1. The subject of the contract shall be the performance of the task entitled Purchase and successive supply of diesel fuel.'

1) The subject of the contract is carried out for the needs of INNEKO Sp. z o.o. in Gorzów Wielkopolski and delivered to the following areas:

a) a waste disposal plant, i.e. the Municipal Waste Treatment Installation at Małyszyńska 180, 66-400 Gorzów Wlkp.

b) Golf Course Conclusion of Śląska 52, 66-400 Gorzów Wlkp.

2) Estimated total order volume: 680 000 l.- this order quantity may be increased under the option right to 20% of the total order volume.

The actual order size will be the sum of individual, successive orders and will result from the current needs of the Ordering Party.

3) Deliveries of diesel fuel will be carried out in quantities depending on the current needs of the Ordering Party, once approximately:

a) to the waste disposal plant at 180 Małyszyńska Street in Gorzów Wielkopolski, approx. 4 000 l. 5 000l – every 5 to 7 days; monthly approx. 20 000 –30 000 l.

b) to the Zawarcie golf course at 52 Śląska Street in Gorzów Wielkopolski, about 1,000 l. – once a month

4) Time for a single delivery: The Ordering Party requires that individual deliveries to the places of order execution take place from 7:00 to 20:00, within no more than 48 hours from the moment of placing a unit order by the Ordering Party, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

5) The Contracting Authority will each time require the contractor to submit a current quality certificate (attestation) of the purchased diesel fuel.

6) Deliveries of the subject of the contract will take place in a tank truck equipped with a legalized fuel meter.

7) The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers.

The contract has not been divided into lots because the subject of the contract is single-type, specific to the species and the service is divisible. Purchases from one supplier of increased volume of deliveries give the opportunity to obtain economic benefits (a more favorable discount to the wholesale price published by PKN Orlen) and organizational benefits. One contractor, having full knowledge of the entire contract, will best secure the interests of the contracting authority during its implementation. Dividing the contract into parts and selecting several contractors would make it difficult, m.in, to efficiently implement and supervise the implementation of the contract. The failure to divide the contract was therefore dictated by technical, organizational and the nature of the subject of the contract. Failure to divide the contract will not affect competition.

A detailed description and method of execution of the order shall be provided by the OPZ, as set out in Annex 7 to the SWZ.
