Outsourced support services relating to the handling of IT assistance requests of 1
The consultation aims to conclude a framework agreement having for object the realization of outsourced support services relating to the handling of requests for first level IT assistance (N1) for the external users of the teleprocedure services of the administrative courts.
It is made up of three sections:
Phase 1 (firm phase) broken down as follows:
- section A - level 1 support service to professional users (lawyers, administrative agents) and individuals for administrative court applications;
- section B - extension of the annual basic level 1 annual support package;
- section C - governance of the service;
- section D - addition and replacement of applications dedicated to external users.
Phase 2 (optional phase) broken down as follows:
- section A - supply of Livechat support product;
- section B - processing of 100 Livechat tickets.
Phase 3 (optional phase) composed of:
- reversibility.
