The framework agreement can be used to purchase technology-specific IT skills on an hourly basis for the technology area SAS. The customer can acquire consultancy hours for development, integration, configuration, maintenance, general consultancy and IT architecture (see Appendix 1 of the Framework Agreement). All tasks must be performed in the Customer's IT environment and can only be performed within the software modules that are part of the technology area.

It is expected that the framework agreement will primarily be used to maintain the current setup in SAS, which is currently used as the police's budget system. The task must be performed at the Customer's location and with the Customer's IT equipment.
