1) The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of elements of the pre-insulated pipe system of factory-new, unused, manufactured not earlier than 12 months before their delivery to the Ordering Party.
2) The description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1 to the SWZ.
3) The quantities specified in the table in Annex 1 to the SWZ are estimated quantities, calculated with due diligence. Due to the specificity of the Ordering Party's activity, differences in the quantities planned in individual items in relation to those actually implemented during the term of the contract are allowed, taking into account the provisions of point 17 of the SWZ.
4) Technical requirements for materials and elements of the pre-insulated pipe system are included in Annex 2 to the SWZ.
5) The required thermal conductivity of the foam at 50°C of the foam ≤ 0.028 W / mK – details are specified in Annex 2 to the SWZ.

6) Ordered wine goods:
(a) Be delivered in packaging used by the manufacturer to ensure safe transport, conversion and storage or, if this is not possible, be supplied in such a way that they can be recalculated and the condition checked at the time of delivery and storage;
b) Meet the general requirements for product safety resulting from the Act of 12 December 2003 (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 222) on general product safety and applicable legal regulations regulating specific safety conditions for specific products, in particular in the field of technical, sanitary or environmental control.
7) Deadlines for the completion of individual orders: up to 21 calendar days from the date of sending a written order by the Ordering Party. Deliveries should be made on weekdays (Monday to Friday) from 7:15 to 13:00.
8) Warranty period for the subject of the contract – a minimum of 60 months from the date of delivery of the subject of the contract.
(9) References in tender documents which refer directly to proper names, standards, approvals, technical specifications and reference systems serve to identify technical and qualitative characteristics. The contracting authority allows solutions equivalent to those described. The Contractor referring to solutions equivalent to those described by the Contracting entity is obliged to demonstrate that they meet the requirements specified by the Contracting entity.
10) Materials specified in Annex 1 to the SWZ may not originate in the Russian Federation and/or Belarus.
