The subject of the contract is a cyclical service concerning mowing in 2023 vegetation along the electric pasture fence located on plots with registration numbers 191/2, 193,194, Drzeczkowo precinct, Osieczna commune, Leszno poviat. Total length of the fence along which mowing is to be carried out: approx.: 3 600 m. The location of the pasture fence is indicated in Annex 1 to OPZ.

Delivery period: June – October 2023

1. Planned number of mowing in the above-mentioned period: approx. 10, with the reservation that the number of mowing may change depending on weather conditions and vegetation of vegetation.

2. Each time the Contractor will be informed about the need for mowing by the Contracting Entity. Mowing should be completed within 7 calendar days from the moment the Ordering Party reports the need for mowing.

3.The width of the mowed strip of vegetation must include min. 0.7 m on the outside and 0.7 m on the inside of the fence, as well as the area directly under the fence.

4.Mowing should be carried out as low as possible on the ground surface, with the proviso that at a height of not more than 5 cm above the ground surface.

5.Vegetation should be mowed by hand, e.g. with a petrol scythe.

6. The Ordering Party does not require the collection and removal of the resulting biomass.
