Engineering services according to Part 4 Section 2 HOAI, technical building equipment HLS, service phases 2 to 8 and special services.

Specialist planning services for TGA HLS according to Part 4 Section 2 HOAI, service phases 2 to 8 and special services.

The services are to be provided according to the BIM methodology.

The Federal Institute for Real Estate (BImA) and the Federal Ministry of Defence (BMVg) intend to construct a new teaching and training building in the federally owned property Robert Schuman Barracks.

For the new construction, the demolition of a derelict former medical building is part of the measure.

The estimated total construction costs are approx. EUR 9,738,000 (as of 09/2020).

The application must be made with the application for participation specified by the client. The application for participation can be downloaded from the Internet address listed in section I.3 of the EU Notice.
