OPEN TENDER FOR THE ASSIGNMENT OF THE TECHNICAL-ADMINISTRATIVE AND ACCOUNTING TESTING SERVICE, STATIC TESTING DURING CONSTRUCTION AND FINAL TESTING OF THE FIRST TRAMWAY LINE OF BOLOGNA (RED LINE) AIMED AT IMPLEMENTING THE INTERVENTION PNRR M2 C2 INVESTMENT 4.2 "DEVELOPMENT OF RAPID MASS TRANSPORT"
The service covered by this tender consists in the assignment of the technical-administrative and accounting testing service and static testing during construction and final, relating to the construction of the first tramway line in Bologna (Red Line). For the execution of the service in question, are required, under penalty of exclusion, as prescribed in art. 3 of the special descriptive and performance specifications - to which reference should be made - to the following 2 professional figures, as members of the Testing Commission, indicated by name in the offer, namely:
n. 1 Technical-administrative and accounting tester with the function of President of the Testing Commission: Architect / Engineer in possession of the requirements of art. 216 c.3 of Presidential Decree 207/2010, i.e. Master's or five-year degree in Architecture / Engineering and qualification to practice the profession for at least ten years, as well as registration in the relative professional register Section A for at least ten years, with the function of President of the Technical-Administrative and Accounting Testing Commission;
n. 1 Static Tester during construction and final: Architect / Engineer in possession of the requirements of art. 216 c.3 of Presidential Decree 207/2010 ie Master's or five-year degree in Engineering and qualification to practice the profession for at least ten years, as well as registration in the relative professional register Section A for at least ten years, with the function of static tester during construction and final as well as Commissioner of the Technical-Administrative and Accounting Testing Commission.
The aforementioned 2 professional figures required, subject of this tender procedure, will perform the services within a Testing Commission formed by 3 (three) technical figures pursuant to art. 216 c. 2 of the current Presidential Decree no. 207/2010, of which a member appointed by MIT, with the function of technical-functional tester during construction and final, as well as Commissioner of the technical-administrative and accounting testing commission.
It should be noted that the latter figure - a member appointed by MIT - will not be the subject of this assignment.
