This is for procurement in species of non-hazardous municipal waste consisting of wood biodegradable material - cellulose produced by mopping/cutting/pruning activities of plants, plants, shrubs, hedges, etc. carried out by domestic utilities that are deposited both in containers supplied to utilities in the context of the separate collection of household waste that takes place in the 19 consortium municipalities and directly in municipal or consortium waste collection centres, or as part of the collection with itinerant slipperers. Such waste, collected and transported by compactors and/or trucks and/or articulated trucks equipped with bins that can be removed by the contractor of the general waste collection service, on behalf of the contracting station , must be conferred in a single fixed plant authorized pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 152/2006, and s.m.i., for recovery operations (Annex C - part fourth of Legislative Decree no. 152/2006, or in the case of operator economic based in another EU country, with equivalent authorization in force (art. 49 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 e s.m.i.), headed to the same bidder, for waste referred to in CER 20 02 01 waste biodegradable, for an annual authorised plant capacity that can be stored and handled suitable to treat the entire alleged amount of waste collected in relation to this contract. Three-year contract period presumably from 16.9.2021 to 15.9.2024. The total quantity in tonnes for the contract concerned is estimated at 18 108 tonnes (average 503 t/month (6 036 tonnes per year) x 36 months, with a total fluctuation of +/- 20% tonnes under the same conditions economic and contractual agreements. The unit price based on the invitation to tender shall be 35,00 (thirty-five/00) EUR/tonne, (unit security charges interferential risks zero/00 EUR/tonne), plus VAT, for an alleged total amount of: 633 EUR 780.00 (total interferential risk security charges of zero/00 EUR), plus VAT.
