The competition is for a framework agreement for snow clearing and gritting with sand on roads and areas owned or rented by Hobøl municipality.

The contract is for snow clearing on areas connected to municipal buildings, outside areas, car parks and defined municipal roads.

Snow clearing and gritting in accordance with the standard set by technical services as well as the contract and instructions.

The awarding authority will, based on the tender, enter into a binding framework agreement with the chosen service provider. The framework agreements will be valid for a period of 2 years with an option for a further 1 year + 1 year.

The stand-by shall be for the period 1/10 – 30/3.

The service provider is, in the stand-by period, always obligated to be available and act in accordance with the instructions and guidelines that apply for winter works.

In cases where the winter works are required outside the stated stand-by period, the service provider is obligated to carry out such works if Hobøl municipality, technical services demands it.
