Award of a public contract to designate one or more third-party, independent service providers, to support the classification commission appointed by the CNAOV, responsible for organizing the work and proposing to the committee for approval the list of "Grands crus Classé" and “First great classified growths”, before approval by joint decree of the ministries in charge of agriculture and the economy.

The service provider will be responsible for taking the samples from the candidates, managing their storage, making them available during the examination period, organizing their tasting and returning the samples not tasted to INAO services at the end of the market.

The service provider will be responsible for assessing the reputation of the operation with regard to the following items listed:

- national and / or international promotion of wine;

- the enhancement of the site;

- promotion of exploitation;

- distribution methods;

- press review (all media).

The service provider will be responsible for assessing, not only the characterization of the operation in relation to:

- the inventory of the property tax base;

- the description of the terroirs concerned; but also, the conduct of operations in relation to:

—— to the description of the cellars;

—— environmental measures.
