The consultation cited above includes the following services:
- replacement of weather vanes (6 by tram),
- replacement of weather vane control panels (2 per tram),
- replacement of interior displays (2 single-sided displays and 2 double-sided displays per tram),
- replacement of the complete wiring of the passenger IS (and control of the wiring of the function if part of it is retained),
- implementation of the evolution of the Ethernet / ip network,
- supply of a batch of spare parts,
- supply of maintenance tools,
- provision of study, preventive and corrective maintenance documentation,
- delivery of certificates of conformity to the standards in force,
- training of SEMITAN teams (maintenance and operation),
- realization of the test bench.
The consultation contains 1 firm tranche and 2 optional tranches. It also has 2 mandatory encryption options.

The contract is composed of 1 firm tranche and 2 optional tranches:
Firm tranche for the following services for the prototype trainset:
- Removal of old equipment deemed "superfluous" (cables, connectors...),
- Replacement of weather vanes,
- Replacement of weather vane control panels,
- Replacement of interior displays (single and double sided),
- Replacement of the complete wiring of the passenger information system,
- Implementation of the evolution of the Ethernet / ip network.
Optional Unit 1: 23 Bombardier Nantes 5 generation trainsets for the following services:
- Replacement of weather vanes (6 by tram),
- Replacement of weather vane control panels (2 per tram),
- Replacement of interior displays (2 single-sided displays and 2 double-sided displays per tram),
- Replacement of the complete wiring of the passenger information system (as well as control of the cabling of the function if part of it is retained),
- Implementation of the evolution of the Ethernet / ip network,
- Supply of a batch of spare parts as described in article 3.2.10,
- Supply of maintenance tools,
- Provision of study documentation, preventive and corrective maintenance,
- Delivery of certificates of conformity to the standards in force referred to in article 2.2 of the specifications,
- Training of SEMITAN maintenance and operation teams,
- Realization of the test bench.
Optional tranche 2: 10 Bombardier Tramway trains of generation Nantes 6 for the following services:
- Replacement of weather vanes (6 by tram);
- Replacement of weather vane control panels (2 per tram);
- Replacement of interior displays (2 single-sided displays and 2 double-sided displays per tram);
- Replacement of the complete wiring of the passenger information system (as well as the control of the wiring of the function if part of it is retained);
- Implementation of the evolution of the Ethernet / ip network;
- Supply of a batch of spare parts as described in article 3.2.10;
- Supply of maintenance tools;
- Provision of study documentation, preventive and corrective maintenance;
- Delivery of certificates of conformity to the standards in force cited in Article 2.2 of the Specifications;
- Training of SEMITAN maintenance and operation teams;
- Realization of the test bench.
The consultation also has 2 mandatory costing options:
Option 1 Software Maintenance Agreement including:
- Preventive maintenance (At least two preventive visits per year on site or remotely for equipment and servers).
- The provision of a detailed annual report with maintenance indicators.
- Corrective maintenance grouping all activities performed after the failure of a hardware or software.
- Software fixes of servers and equipment.
- Technical study carried out by report, in the form of a report.
- Evolutionary system maintenance.
- enrichment of additional functions and/or modules.
- Studies, specifications, developments and tests for commissioning of the requested evolutions.
- Maintenance in a safe condition.
Option 2 Hardware maintenance contract including:
- 1 semi-annual visit of a technician who will take stock of the activity, the repairs in progress, the deadlines, the problems encountered.
- Telephone assistance (hotline device) for maintenance level 1 to 3,
- Corrective maintenance of equipment,
- Management of obsolescence of equipment, sub-assemblies, components.
- Provision of a detailed obsolescence report (1 per year),
- Availability of the sale of spare parts (guarantee of availability).
- Web tool for ticket tracking.
