1. The subject of the contract is: purchase and delivery of diagnostic gloves.

2. The scope of the order, the required quantities of the assortment, are specified in Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Use (assortment and price form).

3. A description of the subject matter of the contract can be found in Appendix 3 to the Terms of Reference (description of the subject matter of the contract).

4. Minimum shelf life of the product (medicine): 12 months from the date of delivery.

5. The Contracting Authority allows for the submission of partial offers divided into 4 parts of the contract according to the following division:

1) Contract Lot No. 1 – Nitrile, powder-free, non-sterile diagnostic gloves;

(2) Order Lot No 2 – nitrile diagnostic gloves, powder-free (to be contacted

cytostatics or for sterilization);

3) Contract Lot No. 3 – synthetic nitrile diagnostic gloves with extended cuffs, non-handful;

4) Part of the order No. 4 – vinyl, powder-free, non-sterile diagnostic gloves.

Nitrile, powder-free, non-sterile diagnostic gloves - 169,090 packages (pack of 100 pcs).

Diagnostic gloves made of nitrile, powder-free (for contact with cytostatics or for sterilization) - 500 packs (pack of 100 pcs).

Synthetic diagnostic gloves, nitrile gloves with extended cuffs, non-protective gloves - 3,340 packs (pack of 100 pcs).

Diagnostic gloves vinyl, powder-free, non-sterile - 600 packs (pack of 100 pcs).
