He must accept the robbed bulky waste delivered by the local authorities, shred it and store it properly. In addition to receiving and shredding, the services provided by the contractor include, in particular, loading and return transport to GML's CHP in Ludwigshafen am Rhein and unloading at the location assigned there. The client is entitled to demand from the contractor that the contractor not only shreds certain (partial) quantities of the lots, but also recycles them himself. In this case, no exploitation by the client takes place in the MHWK.

The client tenders the contract in seven lots: bulky waste from the city of Ludwigshafen am Rhein (lot 1), the city of Frankenthal (Palatinate) (lot 2), the city of Speyer (lot 3), the city of Neustadt an der Weinstraße (lot 4), the Rhein-Pfalz district (lot 5), the district of Bad Dürkheim (lot 6) and the district of Alzey-Worms (lot 7).
