Modernization and expansion of the existing LAN/WLAN

As part of a modernization measure, the Hochtaunus clinics intend to increase the performance of their Usingen, Bad Homburg and Königstein sites and to upgrade the LAN and WLAN IT infrastructure to the latest state of the art. The scope of services is new LAN and WLAN components, whereby the precise equipment of the systems is to be coordinated with the bidders as part of the negotiation process. Particularly with regard to microsegmentation and IT security in the network and access areas, the client has requirements for which a suitable concept is to be defined in the negotiated procedure. In addition, the client is considering procuring a solution for asset tracking and indoor navigation.

The scope of the service also includes services for commissioning and subsequent server/operation, whereby the exact characteristics of the operating performance are defined in the process. The aim is also to conclude a framework agreement with the successful bidder for an innovation partnership, which grants the client access to current products at defined discount rates for the contract period.
