The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended) for the needs of entities belonging to a purchasing group in the period 01.01.2024 – 31.12.2026

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended) for the needs of entities belonging to a purchasing group in the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024.

The total estimated electricity consumption [MWh] in the period 01.01.2024 – 31.12.2024 is 10,309.893 MWh.

2. The description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex 1a to the SWZ.

The model contract contains Annex 3a to the SWZ together with Annex 1a (list of electricity consumption points covered by the contract) and No. 2a (power of attorney).

3. The description of the subject of the contract specifies quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject of the contract (the subject of the contract is standardized – it will be implemented identically, regardless of which Contractor performs it), all life cycle costs are taken into account – margin, trade balancing costs, transaction fees, profile variability costs, schedule variability costs, scheduling costs, conventional energy costs, property rights costs and excise duty. Apart from the above-mentioned costs, the Ordering Party does not provide other costs of electricity supply.
