The subject of this contract is the purchase of electricity, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (hereinafter: PE) by the Rzeszów University of Technology, to its energy reception points. This order does not include electricity distribution services.

Estimated consumption during the order period will be: 3 561 988 kWh

A detailed description of the subject of the contract, including locations and description of electricity collection points, is included in Annex 6 to the SWZ, which is an integral part of the SWZ.

The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to have a concluded and binding agreement, i.e. the so-called General Distribution Agreement, with the local Distribution System Operator (hereinafter: DSO), on the basis of which it may sell electricity via the distribution network of this DSO to all facilities indicated in Annex 6 to the DSO
