To supply underserved participants in the municipality of Rot am See, the district of Schwäbisch-Hall will build an FTTB/H fibre-optic network using federal and state subsidies. The construction services required for this are to be commissioned, in particular surveying, civil engineering services in open and closed construction, drawing and injection services, infrastructure services, especially the construction of grid technology, energy engineering services and fibre-optic assembly work.

The achievements must be documented in accordance with the applicable funding regulations.
The sublocation book has already been fully developed with conduits and only needs the cable retraction. Cable retraction and backbone production to Hausen am Bach and on to the transfer point via Hertershofen is preferred. The Kühnhardt sublocation has already been fully developed with conduits and only needs cable retraction. The cable retraction and the production of the backhaul to the POP Reubach as well as the backbone from POP Reubach to the transfer point to Michelbach (cable retraction only) is preferred.
Funding is based on the Funding Guideline for Supporting Broadband ExPANSION in the Federal Republic of Germany dated October 22, 2015 in the version dated November 28, 2019 (“Federal Funding Directive”) and the state funding of the State of Baden-Württemberg after the VwV broadband financing of January 30, 2019 (Ministry of home affairs, digitization and migration). The provisions of these funding guidelines and administrative regulations as well as the framework regulation of the Federal Republic of Germany to support the development of a nationwide Next Generation Access (NGA) broadband coverage as of 15 June 2015 must be complied with. The Federal grant notice dated June 26, 2020 is attached as Annex A and the State's grant letter dated January 22, 2021 as Annex B.
